Midterms

So we have already had our mid-terms. Glad they are over, but wish I had done better. But I am always hardest on myself. Hopefully, I do better come finals times. Can't believe that this semester is almost over. Just a month and a half or so and then finals will be here. Ugh, it can't be here soon enough but it needs to slow down some so I can be ready for them!!!

Fall 2009

So, school started in August. We have about 12 weeks left, just about. You can tell that I can't wait until school is out. At the end of this semester, I will have a year and a half left of school. I will have to take summer classes - but they get to be my choice!!!

My summer classes were ok. I managed to do well enough to stay in school.

It's rather hilarious the amount of drama that goes down at school. Talk about high school crap. It's funny, really it is, I sit back and watch it and just laugh my head off at it later on. Oh well. Just thought I'd write something on here since it's been about forever!!!

4 days left

Yay, only 4 days left for summer school. I can't wait. Going to Florida for a couple of days, a much needed vacation for us. Classes blow!!

WTF school - 1st day closing and you cut it short

So Monday, March 2nd, UB was the stupidest school ever. Originally, we were scheduled to open at 10 am. Which does not help me that much, my class started at 10. And of course, I had a mid-term, fortunately ungraded, in that class. Well, I started on my merry way to go to school. It was 8:22 am when I left. I made it 10 minutes on my travels skidding and sliding all over the place, I made it to Wards Chapel Road and Dan called saying I think they just closed school. Sure enough I had a text message, BBM from my girl Liz, and an e-mail from school saying that at 8:30 am school was closed. It took me another 15 minutes to turn around. Then I finally made it home.

PISSED as all get out!!! I don't understand why school waited an hour and a half before school was suppose to open to close. UB is a commuter school - I knew people that had left before I had and some of those people did not get text messages.

WTF!!! The only day school has closed and they screw that up!!!

6 weeks in....and ready to blow my brains out

STRESS is an understatement. I like things to have a certain structure...well there definitely is none in law school. One week we have large group meetings, the next we have writing professor, then next we have TA, and the next nothing. WTF???

Anyway, so now I'm getting excited because I am actually attending a school function, hopefully not to have someone throw anything on me, LOL!!! The Barrister's Ball is in March, yea!!! A reason for me to get dressed up and look hot.

Back to school work.

Seriously...Full-time

I am plowing through with full-time. I definitely go to a high school though. There are people there that are bigger children then my 19-month old is and that's not saying a lot about them.

I figured I would write something, but back to homework.

Full-time...what was I thinking??

So school started and yes I managed to get high enough grades to go full-time. But my stress level is through the roof. My first week started with Logan getting sick, me being nice and picking up a very odd girl (putting it nicely) and then this snow this weekend. GRRRRR!!!!

Classes are definitely more intense this semester and well, after speaking to other students - even those that went full-time last semester, they are feeling the same way as I am because they feel as if it is going from part-time to full-time for them as well. It's just so much thrown at us at once.

Hopefully, it will get better or I will be bald.
